The reality of the current business landscape is that work often takes employees away from their main office. To counter this, most client facing employees often have a mobile phone so that they can remain reachable wherever they go. The problem that often results from this is how to make that employee more integrated with the business, so that it is simply not just a ‘bolt on’ remedy. With Netcom mobility and “teleworking” is a key element – instead of having multiple numbers for one employee or employees having to remember to forward their desk phone to their cell phone. We have the ability to make your employee’s office desk phone, their home office phone and their cell phone all ring at the same time. Thus ensuring client facing or remote working employees never miss important customer calls and allowing external mobile devices to become more integrated within the business.
Through our solutions your business can benefit from native mobility support for capabilities, such as desk phone twinning, active call hand-off between a desk phone and mobile device, single number identity, and hot desking into external communications devices, so that it acts like their business desk phone. Employees are provided with the freedom to communicate from wherever their workday takes them, without the burden of escalating mobility costs for your business.

This is the most common type of networking cable in today’s world. It is available in both PVC (CMR) and Plenum (CMP). With Cat5e, you can achieve speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps in distances of 100 meters or less. Cat5e comes in the following colors: white, blue, grey, yellow, green, and black.
This type of cable is becoming a popular choice for new installations. Much like Cat5e cable, Cat6 provides you with speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps in distances of 100 meters or less, and is available in both PVC and Plenum. The main difference is reliability at high network speeds and heavy bandwidth tolls. Cat6 cable allows for 1,000 Mbps to flow between 500-600 MHz while Cat5e allows 1,000 Mbps at 350 MHz. Cat6 comes in the following colors: white, blue, grey, yellow, green, and black.
The newest and most advanced type of cable, Cat6A provides speeds up to 10,000 Gbps at 650 MHz. It is available in PVC and Plenum and also available shielded or unshielded. The shielded cable provides extra protection against interference from other devices and cables. All cables are backwards compatible with their predecessors.
Fiber optic cables provide the highest speeds over greater distances. Using light to transmit data, fiber optic cables can be extended beyond the 100-meter limit of copper cable. They are often used to transmit high amounts of data to connect different locations to the same network (i.e., different buildings in a factory, different IT rooms in a large office).
